Mint and Ginger Iced Green Tea 

Cool, zesty, and invigorating, this iced green tea is infused with fresh mint and ginger for a perfectly balanced flavor. Served over ice, it’s the perfect refreshing beverage for a hot day, while also offering potential health benefits.

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups water 
  • 4 green tea bags 
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar  
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves 
  • 2-3 inches fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 

Directions: 

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. 
  2. Remove from heat and add the green tea bags, mint leaves, and ginger slices.  
  3. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. 
  4. Remove the tea bags, mint leaves, and ginger slices 
  5. Let the tea cool to room temperature. 
  6. Add honey or sugar and stir until dissolved. 
  7. Pour the tea into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 
  8. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
